Situation...Out Of Control...Must Shoot...Must Kill Something

Dick Cheney is supposedly in his beloved South Dakota today hunting quail. To be more precise, he is said to be shooting quail raised in captivity and carefully placed in front of him. From the Boston Globe:

He will be accompanied by his daughter, Mary, and his political director, Mel Raines, who will help him keep track of the election returns, McBride said.

Mulling election returns with a gun handy. Hmm. You know, shotguns can accidentally discharge if you look down the barrel and put your toe on the trigger. (Ok, ok, just a suggestion.)
