Roy was the NDP premier of the party/province that ESTABLISHED medicare!
He has made recommendations about how we can make our system better; but sadly Canada has been succumbing to a 2 tear system ...
i was told by a doctor that in the US, the most vocal opponents of the health care are in fact doctors!
